And also foreign contractors who are interested in doing contract with this administration should be freely send their mails of application to the New Foriegn Payment officer, His Name is Mr PAUL EGO, email;paulego2007@hotmail.com with the subject; as NEW CONTRACT REQUEST.

Note This office will effect your payment with out any upfront payment as it has being instructed by them to transfer all the forign/local contractor with out demanding any fees from them.

What you need to do to obtain reduction certificate from the above office to deduct all charges to avoid upfront payment from you whih will cause you $95 only. As soon as you done this with the central Bank of nigeria,you contract payment will be transfered to your norminated bank account. Apply with your contract details and banking information including your telephone and fax number to obtain reduction certificate.
