a Foreigner by name Karl Robb, died on the 4th of January 2002 on a

either the account nor the Fund.
He was a contractor with the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation
(NNPC).
Information from the National Immigration also states that he was
single on entry into the Nigeria.

officials and we have agreed to find a reliable foreign partner to deal
with.
We thus propose to do business with you, standing in as next of kin
with the Oil Company in Nigeria of these funds from the deceased and
funds
released to you after due processes have been followed.

contractors to the a lawyer here in Nigeria, who will handle the legal
