We are a trading company that is into the hire,sales and service of electrical trucks,fork truks and associated materials handling equipments and diverse range of battery electric vehicles which can be readily adapted for customers specific requirements to the USA,Canada and selected locations in Europe.
Due to the vast spread of our goods to other countries, we decided to look for someone who can serve as an in-country agent/representative who will be serving as a link between us and our customers within that province. Our main export office is in Atherstone and we are specialising in hire, sales and service of not only Electric Trucks but also Fork Trucks and associated materials handling equipment.
It is upon this note that we are writing you this mail to seek your assistance in representing our company in your locality as our representative/agent. Note that as an agent/representative of our company, you will be entitled to a basic salary of 12,000USD a year. That is 1,000 dollars monthly and 5% of any amount you receive from customers on behalf of the company as payments for outstanding debts or goods that they are wanting to buy or have already purchased from the company.
As an agent/representative our company, your basic functions are as follows:
1 Maintenance of a sales office. The company will be responsible for the cost
2 Assume responsibility for all sales office
3 Lastly, contacting clients on behalf of the company who are ready to make payments or wanting to pay for products they purchase from the company.
