For benefit of confidence and trust as expected in this proposal, I wish to disclose my sensitive position here and of course, introduce my humble self to you as E U EMERUEM, a senior staff in filing department of Union Bank of Plc.
In a confidential inquiry, searching for a relation or family member or relation of one of our prime customers, recommendation was received of you as a reliable foreign partner capable to champion this businees opportunity confidentially with us. Since we got information about his death, we have been expecting his next of kin/relation to come over to claim his money because we cannot release it unless somebody applies for it as next of kin or relation or as business partner to the deceased as in accordance with our banking policy and guidelines here. But unfortunately we learnt that all his immediate family (his supposed next of kin) died along with him in the plane crash leaving nobody behind for the claim. It is therefore upon this discovery that I and another top officials in my department now decided to make this businness proposition to you as to claim and transfer this money to a foreign account through you.
With our position as insiders here we will properly guide you towards the claims and hence facilitate the release/release of the fund to you for safe custody in your designated account, primarily for our subsequent foreign investments with you if you prove your honesty in the transfer. Nobody is coming for the claims and we do not want this money to go into our Apex bank (CBN) treasury as unclaimed bill.
The Banking law and guideline here stipulates that if such account remains dormant and the money unclaimed after seven years, it will be reverted into the CBN treasury as unclaimed fund. The request of foreigner as next of kin/relation in this business is necesitated by the fact that the customer was a foreigner, and a Nigrian cannot be fronted to stand as next of kin/relation to a foreigner. And as such, we are looking for a trustworthy foreigner to be fronted as the relation or business partner to the deceased client and beneficiary to the Special Fixed Deposit Account.
If this money is not claimed now, it will go into the CBN treasury as unclaimed fund and our greedy directors will divert it for their selfish use. But we can claim the money and use a percentage of the fund to help the poor and the needy as our hand of love (a token of charity) to the less-priviledged. And we equally hope to do this through your candid assistance.
We have intentions in some area of investments like floating an air-line, Agriculture, Estate business, Stock Market, Importation and or perhaps other investments opportunities you may advise.
However, I want to inform you that this business intentions will be in partnership with a state governor here who happens to be a close friend and wants to embark on foreign investment via a trusted foreigner like you. please note that the involvement of this governor is a classified information and you should treat it as such.
Every document to effect transfer of this fund will be in accordance with the banking laws and guidelines here. So, you need not worry or fear about the legality in the transfer process. We will use normal banking procedures and legal means to document the transfer of the fund in your favour within a short time frame, especially with your good co-operation and mutual understanding. It is worthwile to note that you will not be required to be involved in the any expenses in lieu of the transfer process of the fund. Just ensure a maximum probity and good understanding till the successful conclusion of the transaction, ok.
