Following preliminary approval granted by the Federal Ministry of Finance and Senate House Committee on Foreign Contractor̢۪s Payment, the total sum of Nine Million Seven hundred Thousand United States Dollars (US$9.700,000)standing as a payment for a contract executed by a foreign contractor who does not exist again. As the director of verification, I and other committee member agreed to seek for a foreigner who will stand in as the ghost contractor. Every document and statutory procedures necessary for the immediate approval of this fund and onward remittance to your nominated bank account will be provided by us.
All arrangement has been made for the fund to be remitted from the special oil consolidated account with our corresponding bank in OVERSEA funded by the Federal Government of Nigeria.
