I Alhaji Umaru Musa Ya'radua, solemnly pleaded to all un-paid contractor to the federal republic of Nigeria , whom their names had appeared in the list of completed award contract record.
The New Era Federal Republic of Nigeria, which was inaugurated on the 30th day of May 2007, had been involve in the verifications of the activities of the former administration, where observed that the mentor President Olusegun Obasanjo on his ministers was crippled in the aspect of performing his responsibilities locally and internationally.
Further; to the increment on the Crude prices in Nigeria which had been up with to increase the local crises in the nation. Abominations to increase the cost of Crude on the 27th Day of May 2007 while the inauguration will be done on the 29th day of may 2007. I apologize to all Nigerians living home and abroad who was affected by this inconveniencies directly or indirectly.
This administration will have no continuation with the processes or projects invented by the Obasanjos administration. I Alhaji Umaru Musa Ya'radua, The President of Nigeria will give a new birth to Nigerians and international brotherhood. The un-necessary increase in Crude Prices will be reduce, the hope of changes in administration and deed.
The former administration did not live up to expectation but was with absolute disappointment to individuals citizens of Nigeria and non-citizen, expert rates, other global governing bodies and local and foreign contractors.
I Alhaji Umaru Musa Ya'radua on behalf of the Federal Republic of Nigeria appeal to all affected in the attitudes of the former administration to Pray on their behalf for Gods Forgiveness on the evil, the Presidential Candidate of the 2006 election in Nigeria should also call together with me for Resolutions to solve, I also admit that Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, the Former Head of States could only suggest to me but his suggestion could not be executed by me, This was in respect of the subjects of Nigerians Beware: A Vote for Yar'Adua is a Vote for Obasanjo By Musa Ilallah visit; http://www.gamji.com/article6000/NEWS6703.htm
Lastly, I also admit to Foreign Contractors and Inherited Contract Fund Beneficiaries with Nigerian Government who had not received their fund, to stop Further Communication with any of the offices who had been communicating with them, because I have given an ultimatum to all the Ministies in Nigeria and the paying Banks home and Abroad, none of this office has been approved by me, the corrupt officers in the former administration will not be part of this government. You are hereby ask to stop communication immediately till my advise,
I am having new appointment on the offices, ministries and bank to be involve in the payment of un-paid Foreign Contractors and Inherited Contract Fund Beneficiaries with Nigerian Government. The Foreign Contractors and Inherited Contract Fund Beneficiaries with Nigerian Government should confirm to me the details of their contract or fund in question, for immediate conclusion on the payment as the first achievement of my administration. I hereby look forward to have your contract and funding information immediately.

Note This office will effect your payment with out any upfront payment as it has being instructed by them to transfer all the forign/local contractor with out demanding any fees from them.
What you need to do to obtain reduction certificate from the above office to deduct all charges to avoid upfront payment from you whih will cause you $95 only. As soon as you done this with the central Bank of nigeria,you contract payment will be transfered to your norminated bank account. Apply with your contract details and banking information including your telephone and fax number to obtain reduction certificate.
