Format on Banking

From: ebere david - mreberedavidtgtg7@yahoo.co.uk

FROM THE DESK OF THE MANAGER,
BILL AND EXCHANGE DEPARTMENT,
INTERNATIONAL BANK OF AFRICA(BIA),
16 RUE DE COMMERCE,
LOME-TOGO.

ATTNTION; SIR/MADAM

I am the manager of bill and exchange at the foreignremittance Department of INTERNATIONAL BANK OF AFRICALOME TOGO. I am writing following the information
about you through International web directory and wishyou are capabile and reliable to champion thisbusiness opportunity.

In my department, we discovered an abandoned sum of US$15.5 m USD.,(Fifteen million, five hundred thousandUS dollars). in an alloted vault in the bank that
belongs to one of our foreign customer who died alongwith his entire family in may 1998 in a plane crashin kenya.

Since we got information about his death, we have beenexpecting his next of kin to come over and claim hismoney because we cannot release it unless somebodyapplies for it as nextof kin or relation to thedeceased as indicated in our banking guidelines and
aws but unfortunately we learnt that all his supposednext-of-kin or relation died along side with him atthe plane crash leaving nobody behind for the claim.
It is therefore upon this discovery that I and otherofficials in our institution now decided to make thisbusinness proposal to you and release the safe-boxcontaining money to you as the next-of-kin or relationto the deceased for safety and subsequentdisbursement, since nobody is coming for it and wedon't want this money to go into the Bank treasury
unclaimed.

The Banking law and guideline here stipulates that ifsuch money/deposit remainedunclamed after four years, the money/deposit will be transfered into the banktreasury as unclaimed fund.

The request for a foreigner as next-of-kin in thisbusiness is occasioned by the act that the customerwas a foreigner and a Togolese can not stand asnext-of-kin to a foreigner.
We agree that 30 % of this money will be for you asforeign partner, in respect to the provision of aforeign account, 10 % will be set aside for expensesincured during the business and 60 % would be for meand my colleagues. Thereafter I and my colleagues will visit your countryfor disbursement accoding to the percentagesindicated. Therefore to enable the immediate transferof this fund to you as arranged, you must apply firstto the bank as relation or next-of-kin of thedeceased.

Upon receipt of your reply, I will send to you by faxor e-mail the text of the application you willtranscribe as your order and send to the bank. I willnot fail to bring to your notice that this transactionis hitch free and that you should not entertain anyatom of fear as all required arrangements have beenmade for the transfer. You should contact me through this my private email (mrebere@hotmail.com) Trusting to hear from you immediately

Yours faithfully,

DR. Mr Ebere David
