The bank system stipulate that if such money remain with the bank for priod of 6years it will be tranfered into the account of the bank.
In order to avoid this development since it has so far been impossible to trace any of the deceased family relatives, I decided to seek for your personal assistance to have you stand as a next of kin to the deceased so that the funds will be released to you by the bank and we can use it for our mutual benefit.
