Following recent approval by the Senate Committee on Foreign Contracts
Payment to pay off all outstanding debts owed to all Foreign Contractors
to the Federal
Government of Nigeria whose debts became due since the year, 1999 till date.
However, we wish to bring to your notice following your file forwarded to
my office through the office of the ( AUDITOR GENERAL OF THE FEDERATION )
that your contract/inheritance profile valued at $10.8M reflected in our
central computer as unpaid fund while auditing was going on.
In this regards, a part payment of $5M has been approved for payment to
you and this payment shall be made to you either by ( BANK TRANSFER ) or
via
( CERTIFIED BANK DRAFT )
